WANTED: 1956 Los Angeles Angels (PCL) photos
 

Carl Aldana, who produced a pair of very limited edition card sets in 1970 (Baltimore Orioles) and 1971 (16 largely obscure ballplayers including several FIRST CARDS), has more recently produced a 47-card 1950 San Francisco Seals set in 1948-49 Sommer & Kaufmann style (2015) and a 73-card set honoring World War II Seals (2017) as well as a handful of others in early 1950s Mother's Cookies format (that is, full-color with rounded corners).

Currently Carl is looking toward producing a set commemorating the 1956 Los Angeles Angels of the Pacific Coast League and has a start with cards of Steve Bilko and Gene Mauch (cards of Bob Speake and Jim Bolger in the works).
