1979 Topps Dale Murphy
 

I pc the Murph and especially like his 79 Topps. I probably have close to 100 of them (hoarder) :) lol. I was looking through them last night and found a ink print defect on his helmet.
Looks like the blue is missing from the helmet and a small area adjacent.

Anyone know of other similar defects/variations for the Murph from 79?
Was the missing color like that typical of all many of his cards or is this an anomaly?

I had not seen one like that. Would be interesting ( to me anyway) to know if it is recurring at all or a one time defect.
