A variation rarely seen...Jimmie Foxx sporting an afro. But seriously, a card can have this much written on it and still get Vg with MK qualifier?

Yes; however cards can have markings and not get MK qualifiers as well.

Two teardrops and a squiggle and no MK. I didn't submit it with NQ checked either.
