I'm not collecting these anymore, but i do check every once in awhile and there are currently some very good deals to be had in the PWCC auctions closing today on ebay!!

No plans to collect them but I always wondered about these?
Were they separate issued cards or were they placed in packs of BB or other Topps cards?
