I.D. help with Venezuelan Aparicio card

I'm looking for any information I can get on the Luis Aparicio card shown below. The seller had heard second hand that it was issued in 1974 in Venezuela with gloves endorsed by Aparicio. He assumed there are no other players in the set because Aparicio gloves would come with only Aparicio cards.
Have any of you seen one of these before? Can you verify the seller's information? Please let me know anything that you know about this card. Also, any opinions on the autograph would be appreciated. Thanks. Paul |
