There has to be a nice red Cobb out there in the psa/sgc 2-3 range. Please find me!!!

It is a seller market across the board on Cobb. Perhaps post an aggressive buy price on the grades you want.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I think it would be premature to make an offer on a card based solely on grade without first seeing and evaluating it. As I am sure you know, there is a wide range of values within each grade depending on the appearance and presentation of the card. I will gladly make a fair offer once I see the card, but I will not make an offer based solely on a grade without first seeing the card.
