COMC has condition requirements and also there can be fees for items that do not sell in a specific amount of time.

Lots almost always sell from what I've seen on Ebay, as long as they have a low starting price. Say minimum 10 cards starting at $10. Or sell the singles at 0.99 starting bid. Or you can try to list all the singles at the 0.99, and then lot up the ones that don't sell afterwards.
