Anybody with vintage non sport knowledge know what these could be worth?

This was a big purchase I made yesterday. It included a few Old Judge, Allen and Ginter, and an E107 Baseball cards. Some tobacco cigar and cigarette packs and a tobacco tin. And a load of Allen and Ginter N28 cards of Billiards, Rowing, American Indians plus a lot of other non sport cards from the tobacco era.
The store owner called me because someone came in with this load of cards in the pictured tobacco tin. He usually calls me to help ID this older stuff along with an approximate value so he knows what to offer. By the time I got there he already made an offer and the lady accepted. She should have waited for me to get there because she got only a fraction of what she should have gotten. It did not help when she had the few baseball A&G's mixed in with the billiard players. Anyway, I bought the 8 of 10 baseball cards he had. The following day I went back to make an offer of the other 2 baseball cards and while negotiating I ended up buying the entire lot. So.......

Here is a list and some pics. There is NO back damage t any of them
The Allen and Ginter:
40 American Indians including Sitting Bull
8 Prize Fighters / Wrestlers
4 Rifle Shooters including Annie Oakley and Buffalo Bill
4 Oarsmen
9 Billiards
1 Cyclist

Other Non Sport
57 Coins of the world
23 Postage stamp cards
23 Prize and Game Chickens
25 Dog Pictures
2 The Worlds Racers
4 Pirates of the Spanish Main
3 Yacht Colors of the World
2 The Worlds Decorations
4 American Editors
3 Great Americans
4 Flags of the States and Territories
5 City Flags
16 Kinney Bros. Horses
5 Naval Vessels of the World
2 Games and Sports Series
16 Jockey Caramels (will finish that set as it is only 20 cards)

The Annie Oakley and Buffalo Bill would be worth something...the Indians are cool but not worth much due to condition.

I would think the boxers are OK too.......sounds like you culled the best of them out if you got all the baseball players.

E107's?

What E107's were in the lot?

philliesfan 05-13-2017 09:05 PM

The E107 was Sparks of Phila. A scan is in another thread on the baseball side with the Allen And Ginters N28's.
Thanks,
RObert
