Any idea who this is (from 1999 AS Game)
 

A guy gave a 1999 AS game program to my friend. This guy went to some corporate event and had a lot of players sign the program, all in random places, including:

Lou Groman (Red Sox GM)

Under each player he wrote the players name. Except this one autograph.

Any idea who it is?

I think curt Schilling, wait nm. he wasn't 11

I'm pretty sure it's Curt Schilling as well. No idea why he would have included #11.
