Hi there, any chance this could be a rushed ip, or am I correct in assuming this is a dud?

The "Greg" is consistent with some IP signatures I have gotten over the last 10 years. The maddux would have been an earlier signature and I am not sure if it matches up as mine are all more recent

For $5 I might take the risk. Thanks!
