Is this Hank Aaron Real?
Here is my Concern...
A few months back I purchased a decent sized lot of 50's HOF cards. They were all real, but amongst them was a clear 56 Jackie fake. I kept this to the side the whole time, because although it feels like the real thing, that stain looks like the stains those fakes come with. Anyone have any thoughts? I added close ups. Looks real to me. Does it feel like your other 56s when in hand?

Yes that stain scares me. Looks like it was put there. What do you think of it? |
I wouldnt worry about it with the stain that card cant be worth much, it wouldnt make sense to counterfeit a card of that value. I'd say 100% real.

Can you post a picture of the Jackie Robinson fake?

Real....
Stephen,
40 years in this hobby tell me your card is real. No one can be 100% sure from just a photo but I'm 99.9% sure. You are good. Peace, Mike |

Stain wouldn't worry me--it really does look like an accident rather than an attempt to artificially age it.

Note to self: When you counterfeit an expensive card, make sure you add a stain and soften the corners.
Another note to self: If you have an expensive card that is not counterfeit, don't set your coffee cup by it. |

Don't know if you can tell from the photos, but I know it's fake for a fact due to the way it feels. it's slippery
