1954 topps jackie robinson error
 

Came across a 54 topps Robinson, at least the picture on the front. The back, which is off-center, is #28, with stats for Paul Minner. Found no mention anywhere of this error card. Anyone have knowledge of 54 topps errors, or this one specifically?

Printer flipped the sheet in the press and printed the back upside down. Probably a unique card.

Yep, a wrong back from flipped sheet. Most collectors are not interested in wrong backs, and as an error collector I tend to ignore them but they are less common in vintage so it may draw some interest on the right day. I would not think it was unique, but definitely very rare.

You could do the common thing and put it in the eBay museum for some crazy price for eternity. Or...you could put it to auction and you may get a hundred bucks or so if in good condition.

A Jackie collector would want it. Probably worth to them 1.5 _ 2 x what a correct card is worth.

and several Topps and Fleer wrong backs from the 1960s. Usually they sell for less than the HOFer in comparable condition. The market is limited to card geeks like me.
