All cards are now sold. Thank you!

All the cards listed here have sold. Thank you, everybody!

Hey guys,

Medical bills, and a new girlfriend have put a real bite into my finances, so I'm selling some of my high end Bowman Chrome prospect autos to build some savings back up. I'd planned on getting out of modern cards, anyway, so I could focus on pre-war and vintage when I am back to work, and can start building on my collection. These are listed on Ebay, too, so I don't expect they will last long.

First up, my 2011 Bowman Chrome Bryce Harper auto, graded a 9.5 by Beckett with a 10 auto. All four subs: centering, edges, corners and surface, are 9.5 grades. The auto is one of the boldest, and cleanest I've ever seen from Bryce. Note: this card has been sold on Ebay!

He tore it up in spring training this year, hitting over .300, and leading the Majors with 8 home runs. I expect he's going to have a huge bounce back year now that he's healthy.

I'm at $1,000 firm on this card, plus $20 shipping (this covers priority shipping and insurance for the full purchase price). Paypal friends and family. If you prefer to do goods & services, that's fine, too. The cost with the Paypal fee would be $1,030.18 + $20 for shipping and insurance. The card will be shipped in an Ultra Pro graded card bag (the slab is beautiful), well-packaged, and the box will be taped along all the seams, so there's no chance this beauty is damaged in transit.

Should you prefer scans of the card, message me, and I can get that for you.

Next up, the one I really hate to sell. This is my 2009 Bowman Chrome Mike Trout auto. I have owned this since 2010, and it's been sitting in my MJ Roop-type box since. Not graded, but it's a real beauty. Asking price is $1,900.00 Paypal friends and family, and I'm firm on that. Shipping is $26, USPS priority mail and insurance. If you prefer to pay via goods and services, the charge for the card is $1957.00 + $26 shipping. A 9 just sold at $2,200, and 9.5s are selling between $2,700 and $3,000. This is a bargain! Note: this card is a pending sale.

The centering is remarkable; the edges and corners, under a Bausch & Lomb 10 x loupe, look outstanding. I am not a professional grader, but I think all three subs will grade high. Then there is the surface. Topps' production process of Chrome cards occasionally produces what are known as scan, or roller lines. They are slight imperfections that appear as lines on the card surface. The Trout card has one that runs vertically on the left side of the face, I'd estimate covering about 75% of the card's height. There are a few other small scan lines towards the top. You can see this in the first scan provided. They are barely perceptible when looked at with the naked eye. They are not standard scratches. This happened while the cards were being produced. A TPG like Beckett will downgrade the surface because of it, but I still feel there is a strong likelihood this card could get a 9.5 overall. A 9 at the bare minimum. I'm including three other pictures, taken with my iPhone 7, to show the surface up close. Larger scans are provided with the links below. I believe in absolute transparency, so I want any buyer to make an informed decision. The card will be shipped in an Ultra Pro one touch magnet case, inside a Ultra Pro magnet case sleeve, and placed inside a bubble mailer. The mailer will be placed in the Priority Box, and all the seams will be well taped to insure it arrives unmolested.

Next up is my 2006 Bowman Chrome Clayton Kershaw auto. This card is a real beauty. The centering is slightly off down and to the left. But a strong overall example that should grade well, if the buyer decides to ship it in. The surface is beautiful. The corners and edges are strong, and the auto is clean. The off-center appearance appears as a result of a slight diamond cut left to right on the card. This card was scanned at 300 dpi against a white paper backing, so the edge cut is unaltered in any way. I cut from the edge at 30 pixels to give a full, clear impression of the card.

Kershaw is already, in my opinion, a Hall of Famer. Six top five finishes in the Cy Young the last six years, including three wins. An N.L. MVP Award. The guy would have won it last year, as he was having an historic season, but he got injured and missed the last few months of the season. He's ready to go again on opening day for the Dodgers. His 2.37 ERA nine years into his career is one of the best marks in the modern era. I am looking for $500 Paypal friends and family for this card, firm. Other ungraded examples of similar quality have sold between $536 and $577 the last week to ten days. If you prefer to pay via Goods & Services, the cost is $515. Shipping for the card is $13.00, shipped Priority with full insurance for the $500. The card will be packed in an Ultra Pro one touch magnet, placed inside an Ultra Pro graded card bag, and in a bubble mailer. The mailer goes inside a well-taped Priority box, so the card will arrive in pristine condition.

Next up is my 2010 Bowman Chrome Manny Machado rookie auto. It's ungraded, and ready to go to Beckett. The 2010 issue was notorious for surface issues. This Machado is gorgeous. The auto is bold. The centering is strong. The surface is clean. Check the scan, as well as the larger image linked below the one I am posting in the thread. As always, should you want more pictures, from my iPhone 7, or from my Canoscan 8400F, just ask via a pm. I am more than happy to oblige you. Please note: the Machado has been sold. Thank you so much, Tony!!!

Mr. Machado can be had for $300 Paypal friends & family, plus $12 shipping. The $12 covers Priority mail and insurance for the $300. Should you feel more comfortable doing goods and services, the total will be $309 plus the $12 shipping. Manny will be shipped in a new Ultra Pro one touch magnet case, an Ultra Pro graded card bag, and placed inside a bubble mailer. The mailer will be further padded with newspaper, and placed into the Priority box. The seams of that box will be taped with USPS packing tape. That card will be protected like Fort Knox.

Some of that white is just dust. I store these babies carefully, and blow them off with compressed air. But I live in Texas, and dust particles are omnipresent, even in a bedroom with a hepa filter.

Up next is a 2010 Bowman Chrome Nolan Arenado rookie auto. Another beauty. Arendao is one of the premier players in the game, leading the N.L. in home runs and RBIs the last two seasons. And, he's a perennial Gold Glover at third base.

The card is well centered, and should present strongly if sent off for grading. There are some very minor, light surface scratches par for the 2010 Bowman Chrome Prospect issue. It would get a 9 minimum, and could get a 9.5 surface sub depending on the grader, and the allowance they make for the known issue. The rest of the card is solid. Under my loupe, the corners and edges look really outstanding. The centering you can judge for yourself. There is the slightest favoring to the top, but should be within guidelines for a 9.5. I am asking $150 Paypal friends and family, firm. Shipping for this card will be $3, as it will be sent in a bubble mailer. If you wish to add insurance, let me know. Should you prefer to pay via Paypal goods and services, the cost will be $154.00 plus the shipping.
