Looking for a strong well-centered 8, I have seen the many on ebay but priced a little high for the most part, or off center.

So you want a strong well-centered 8 with room for upgrading, but you want to pay for it the same as an off-centered 8? :D

What is your budget for this? That's kind of an important part of this.

VCP average is $179.81 for a PSA 8. Obviously that doesn't account for centered vs. off-centered, but it gives you a baseline on what you should expect to have to pay or offer up for one.
