i know that this is a super super long shot, but i have an amazing signed SCI-Fi/Fantasy book collection almost 250 signed hardbacks. and a few presidential too. including a hardback First Edition of "Left Hand of Darkness" SIGNED by the author Ursula LeGuin valued around $1500-$2000 just by itself. but i need to clear some space, i live in Portland Oregon, looking for someone who can see the books in person, so hopefully someone in the area.
