A google search of Babe Ruth and that field returns an article about the game being played in October, 1926. That jacket style was in use by the 1926 Yankees.

The name Richard J Galvin is written in pencil above "Babe" Ruth. He's probably the other guy in the photo.

Underneath is written "Give Oct. 31, 67" and the names of brothers Robert and Frankie Medvetz. That's the date this photo was given to them.
It was tucked away and forgotten in a closet in their Mom's house until recently re-discovered.
