I picked up a couple horrors of war wrappers with the white border variations. They seem to bring more at the auctions but was wondering how rare are they?

Not sure if they are any rarer. One recently sold on Heritage for around $100 @. (but it was in better shape than yours)

The auction you mention for heritage that sold those were both borderless wrappers as you can see from mine they have the white border. That is what I am trying to find is really how rare are the wrappers with the border.....thanks for the information.
