"Sleepy" Bill BURNS a lefty wearing a right handed glove
 

Has anyone noticed that left handed pitcher bill burns is wearing a right handed glove on his right hand.im a lefty and when i first started little league i had to do this.a guy on another team later in the season had a left handed glove and we would trade off after innings.has anyone noticed any other cards with this error

This was discussed a couple years ago. One theory was that Burns was a practical joker who donned the wrong glove on purpose.

Maybe he lost a bet? :D
