Is this Jeter signature authentic?
 

I like to look at what Jeter signatures are out there and usually forgeries are really obvious. I cam across this and there are some things I don't like, but I think it may be authentic, just a rushed earlier sig. What does everyone else think?

Any thoughts?

No expert but my gut instinct after comparing it to a 1996 Leaf Sig Jeter on Ebay says it's real.

It really doesn't look like his sigs on the 96 Leaf.

In the one above, The "D" is very circular, whereas his "D" typically is slightly angular, as is the case with his sig on the 96 Leafs.

Interested in seeing what others think.

Suspect. As Tim noted, the D looks too circular. Also, overall has a slightly deliberate look.
