I came across an autographed ball which had a sticker on it that said "Quality Sports Investments". It was followed by a serial number.

Anybody know whether this is a COA or something else?

Anybody can have any sticker they want made. Buy the item not the sticker.

Ball was given to me so I didn't buy it. Just trying to find out some information regarding the sticker.
