Anyone ever seen this card before? I need help identifying it.

If you search ebay for Executive Sports Monthly you'll see several of them. Looks like in 1991, the same outfit was producing cards as "American Sports Monthly". Just typical early 90s unlicensed junk. Someone printing cheap cardboard money to sell at card shows.
