Paypal Technical Issues
 

I just got off the phone regarding Paypal issues I am having (money sent to me shows up in the transaction log but not in my available balance). This, and apparently a whole host of other problems, are a global issue that they are aware of and working frantically to fix. No further info or timeline was given, but my problems extend at least 24 hours so I though I should post to save anyone else the time on the phone if you notice things aren't right with your account.
