BUYING: 1952 Topps Mantle @LOW GRADE but NICE EYE APPEAL

New member here, but am a highend collector with lots of feedback/references at the bay and at the Blowout Cards Forum (same user ID).

Hoping to buy a 1952 Topps Mantle;
Low grade (PSA 1-4 or equivalent) is ok, but prefer nice eye appeal.

I might not have enough to make a one-time payment, so I would appreciate if someone can work with me on a payment plan.
