RARE Home scored program for a September 8th game with George Sisler and the St Louis Browns.

HOFer Waite Hoyt takes on former Ruth teammate with the Red Sox and with the Yankees Sad Sam Jones. What the hell was he so sad about? Well on that day probably the defeat as the Hoyt picked up his 20th win that day for the first time in his Hall of Fame career.

Ruth would go 0 for 1 with 3 walks, and Gehrig added another 2 walks. 5 base on balls was a good attempt to stop that powerful Murderer's Row lineup, but a 2-1 victory was New Yorks that day none-the-less.

Can't find another one, seems the regular season home '27 Yankee programs are more rare than the '27 World Series programs which are plentiful, only in season one I could find was on Amazon oddly enough for $900.
