FYI, I collect a lot of those type post cards and without any other info they are almost impossible to identify.

It's a needle in a haystack unfortunately. I honestly bet there are hundreds of thousands, if not more, postcards in existence similar to that. Sorry I can't help on the one mentioned...They are fun to collect.
