Top 5 AHs for post-war.
 
Question for collectors out there. What are the best AHs for pre-war cards. Also, I assume that most AHs only sell graded cards, is this correct?

No sir, there are many AH that do sell 'raw' cards.
Sometimes you can find set either complete or not. Find unopened boxes and rack packs by BCCE.
Just go to the auctionreport site and click on any AH and view what they got to offer thru their online sites.
