Until very recently, I had never seen any fake E105s on eBay before. This seller is peddling an unusually eclectic assortment of fakes: E105s, E92s, Star Player Candy, Orange Borders, E253s, E107s, Lections, D380s, etc...

Correct, though I would argue there's a difference between a reprint and a fake.

I've already gone off on the difference between reprint and counterfeit in the 34 Gehrig thread. Don't make me do it again here!!!

All I'm saying is at least the seller isn't trying to sell it as a legit original card.

One to shit on, and one to cover it up with.

Yes but a reprint is legal and a counterfeit is a crime. Plus the people buying these things fall into two categories. Dumb people who think there's an outside chance the card is real due to the story so they're willing to throw 5% at it. The other group is those who think, "man that looks pretty good, I bet I could pass that off." and buy it intending to rip off others. Even people who are genuinely in the reprint market don't want these cards.
