1958 topps koufax blank back
 
I have a 1958 topps koufax blank back. Were these purposely done this way or are they "error" cards? How rare are they??

They are error cards and fairly rare. Price varies greatly. Most see them as junk but error collectors and some player collectors will pay a nice premium for them.
