FS: James Monroe signed 1825 document
 

an original autographed document, signed by President James Monroe. This document dates from 1825. The signature is strong and very readable. There is a crease in the upper right corner and the seal is missing. Usual folds. Almost 200 years old, still readable and a wonderful piece of American history. There is some writing on the back indicating that the land was registered in 1876.
