Picked this up and was wondering if it represents the whole piece? What I believe are the front and back covers are detached, but are all the "guts" present?

Appears so, Mike. I have had several copies of this over the years and it appears all there.

Page numbers
 

Agree. I do not have the piece to compare, but it looks like you have them all based upon the page numbers in the lower left corner, the last one reads 4 of 4. It seems you have all 4.

I sold one in a REA auction, looks complete to me.
