1953 Topps Mantle PSA 3 high end crease free regrade?

I'm not exactly sure why this card is a 3 as it is crease free. It has a light surface indent on the top border and a couple small indent spots on the surface. Looks more like a solid mid grade. Even with a 40X zoom lens I still don't see why it's a 3. There's no marks of any kind. I honestly believe the slab may be incorrect. Regardless it's the sharpest 3 you will ever see. Asking $1500 OBO. Needs to be resubmitted to PSA.
