Any help to solve this mystery would be much appreciated…."Cookie" ?. Maybe on a guy who never made it to the big leagues…not sure…thanks for any help...

Yes--you are correct….with all of that flair….just could not make out how that could be his last name….found another in a former auction and it is the exact match…Thanks.
