52 Topps card real?

Just surfing E-Bay and noticed what I thought was a pretty decent shaped card, until I noticed who was selling it.

This seller had a "questionable" CJ high end card that was posted by another member here so I wrote him to inquire about it.

Long story short, the CJ was removed but he also had other questionable cards which he didn't remove.

This card got my attention but I immediately questioned if it was real or not?
Any help would be appreciated, even though I am mostly likely going to pass on it as I didn't quite believe the guys story about the CJ.

It would surprise me if it were fake as it's just an ugly card between the diamond cut and the stain on the back. Plus, not sure who the player even is.

I chose my wording wrong. What I meant to say is the reason the card got my attention, was the seller and the condition of the card.

It's a high number 52 Topps card, which, in most cases, commands a premium, but I questioned how good it looked and this guys past history, which of course threw up a flag.

As for who he is, the write up on the back explains it. It's a nice card to have/own for those of us that collect 52 Topps, but with this guys questionable history, I questioned if it was real or not?
