FT: 1951 Bowman Mantle for 1933 Goudey Ruth #53 (PSA)
 

Hey All,

I'm likely going to give my 1951 Bowman Mantle to REA for the fall auction. But at the end of the day, I really just want a 1933 Goudey Ruth #53. If anyone has one in the PSA 3-4.5 range, I'd like to trade. We can use cash to fill in the value gap if there is one.

UPDATE: THIS IS OFF THE MARKET. AUCTION HOUSE SWOOPED IN BEFORE I FOUND A TRADE. TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO EDIT SUBJECT LINE AS TO AVOID FOLKS HAVING TO READ THREAD TO KNOW ITS NO LONGER AVAIL.

you can always just get cash for the card and use that cash to buy a Ruth...the recent Ruths jumped up in price..may be hard to find a trade now..

i interested in the mantle if decide to trade for Cash..

Looks like the Mantle is jumping even more than the Yellow Ruth. I'll just let the auction market be the great equalizer as I just gave this up for a fall auction. Hopefully I make enough for the Ruth.

the ruths are jumping though.......not sure though why you wouldnt post a price as bidders give 20% (unless they give you a deal) to the AH that most of it you wont get....but up to you....ah i see now what happened with the AH..,.ill be sure to bid there..if i win it...remember some of that BP could of been yours!
