FS: 1951 New York Giants George Spencer Game Used Jersey
 

I am selling my 1951 New York Giants George Spencer Game Used Rookie Jersey - National League Pennant Champions.

Tagged properly. McGregor Size 46 tag and "Spencer 30" stitched on felt in the neck line. "Set 2 1951" flag tag inside seam. Name changed from "NEW YORK" to "ST. CLOUD" due to the Jersey eventually being sent down to the NYG Class C Team - St. Cloud Rox (Minnesota). A common practice back in the day. Team repairs are present on the front and back of the jersey. The number "30"on back is all original and has pieced out some due to extensive wear and age. Overall the jersey still displays very well and could be a very nice piece If new owner decides to restore "NEW YORK" on the front.
