Need Help ID this Hockey card...

Came across this piece, looks to still be in sealed sleeve it came in. Did research but not able to ID what it is and what it maybe worth? Please help. Thank you!

Frycer as a Leaf and Smith as a Hab date it as issued between 1984 and 1988, if that's any help.
But you probably already knew that. Sorry, it's all we've got on this one. |
