OUCH! Someone got burned. Contacted seller 3-4 times asking for him to send more info on the tax stamp. He was careful not to fully answer my questions about the date of the overprinting. He stated he wasn't at home, and that he couldn't answer the question for someone else. He also stated the date of the overprinting was unreadable. (Even though it was an unopened pouch). He then prevented me from asking anymore questions, and prevented me from bidding anymore. He refused to send scans of the tax stamp.

Anyway, it sold for $1,642.97!
