2010 Josh Hamilton Game/Event worn Jersey signed with inscriptions
 

I guess you would call it "event" worn since it is the field/batting practice jersey. They do not wear these jerseys during the actual All Star Game. It's from his 2010 MVP season. A great piece for Josh Hamilton fans.
