Just incase anybody is looking for one of these rare cards do not buy from this seller they are fake. I won't describe how he makes them but will guarantee they are fake.

Are all his cards fake or just the one you listed?

Not sure the avenue or if one even exists, but has he been reported?

Just that one and it looks like someone lost $177.50 on a altered $1 card. That piece of garbage has been selling them off and on for several years. I reported him several times but eBay does not care.:mad:
