Harry "P-Nuts" Lowrey Opinion, and a couple of questions
 

I'm looking for opinions on this Harry Lowrey:

Also, for lesser-known players (like Lowrey), who don't pop up here very frequently, how do you learn to distinguish a forgery from the real thing? Are there any telltale signs that an autograph is no good?

Not sure of telltale signs that this is fake, but in my mind, there are telltale signs that this item is real:

1. minor star (whose autograph is not worth all that much)
2. personalized
3. smeared
4. poor medium (creased card)
5. poor pen (flair pen)

Thanks, Dspuria. I saw those, and I wasn't sure if they indicated authenticity, or just that I'd run in to a smart forger. I feel pretty good about it, but I've been wrong before. Thank you again for your input.
