Babe Ruth Premium?
 

I was shutout on the memorabilia side so trying this here.
I'm trying to figure out what this is. The only similar item I can find is someone on ebay selling copies. The story in his description says that sgc told him it was a stadium give away. Does anyone know if that may be true and if so, when?

This image is used on many Ruth fantasy pieces. If I were going with my gut, that's what I'd think this is. If anyone knows otherwise I would be interested to know what year it is from.

That's always in the back of my mind with Ruth items but the paper and printing seem right on this one. If it was a fantasy piece I would expect to see a few on ebay and other sites. Also, we don't really get the fantasy pieces up here in Canada. Not saying it won't end up being a fantasy piece, just doesn't seem like one.

Interesting. Do you remember what type of stock they were on?

Definitely looks like a later, non-period, commemorative piece to me.
