It looks too labored to be a rushed Gretzky. Also, the letters are formed way too much. There is also shakiness in the G. No flow to the sig. All of that adds up to IMO no.

Totally agree with Jason. This 'signature' is a slowly drawn, poor, attempt.

Even with rushed Gretzky's there's a distinctive flow to the W, as most people have then they sign their own name. To me this is clearly an attempt to copy from another bad Gretzky sig.

For what it's worth, here are two Gretzky sigs from the walls of his one and only restaurant in Toronto. I managed the place in the mid-'90's but these were signed much more recently. I had a few beers there tonight and snapped these.
