Very cool, thanks for the heads up! I'm heading to Phoenix for a week during spring training so I'll definitely check it out.

I would love to go see his collection. My hair is a bit long though might need a...trim...before going.
aah aah see what I did with the word trim? |
Ken Kendrick collection
His collection is amazing!
Some of his cards include: T206 Honus Wagner PSA 8 1916 M101 Babe Ruth Sporting News Rookie PSA 8 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle PSA 10 The cards mentioned above which are the top 3 sports cards in Joe Orlando's top sports cards book are the highest grades in existence. |

His company grades them; they didn't print or make them.
Many collectors would agree those are the three "top" cards in the hobby. |

Look, this topic has been beaten to death around here. So I myself would be bored to death to exhume it. I was only pointing out about the book written by the guy who... |
I saw this collection when it was on display at the Hall of Fame. Leaving aside some controversial aspects of the discussion, I will say this:
The cards are absolutely beautiful. If you have the chance to check them out in person, don't pass up the opportunity. I spent the better part of an hour looking at the collection, and considered it time well spent. Best regards, Eric |

Ok just to make you feel better, I will swing by and take a gander at the cards on Wednesday afternoon, March 16th as I will also be in the Phoenix area for baseball spring training.
I will let you know if they are any good  I'll be busy watching games after that for the rest of the week! |
Have fun looking at his one of a kind collection!

Wasn't the T206 Wagner shown at the National held at Rosemont in 2008 or 2009?

Found this today while doing some research.
I know this is a slightly older post but I thought some might want to see some better pics of his cards and the story/vid below that goes with them? http://www.sportscollectorsdaily.com...on-on-exhibit/ |
