There are "pick up" threads.

http://www.net54baseball.com/showthread.php?t=217501

Also you can post a link to your collection that you have hosted on another site in your signature.

With thousands of members I am sure you can understand that it would get too cluttered if everyone started their own thread with their collections.

I personally do not care how you do it, but another option is posting your collection in the albums available on your profile page here on 54

Peter_Spaeth 02-24-2016 03:21 PM

Create an account on collector focus, it's very easy.

I just did but it says queued. Do they need to approve uploads first?

pokerplyr80 02-24-2016 05:26 PM

If you're going to be picking up enough cards to have your own thread I say go for it. Personally I only pick up a card or two here and there so the pick up thread is sufficient for me. The collector focus page is a good suggestion though. I have one, although it needs to be updated.

That Jackie Robinson is a classic. Nice cards!

begsu1013 02-24-2016 07:24 PM

Great piece, but why is the LOA torn like that?

Hey it's not torn. HAHA sorry it's just an effect I used when editing the photo. The piece is still intact like the top Photo.

Just picked up this baby. Sending it into SGC to get slabbed.

Nice stuff ECV.

I really like to see/look at collectibles other than cards once in a while.

I assume you are finding said items on/at Auction houses and bidding on them, or are you located them through other means?

We have a free, sell anything site up here in Canada named Kijiji, but there is never, from what I have seen, anything that remotely comes close to some of the stuff that I have seen on here.

njdunkin1 02-26-2016 10:32 AM

Sweet stuff man! Where do you find all of this neat memorabilia?

You don't need to type out the grader and score. We can all see the slabs. ;)

Nice start to your collection. Are you working on a type collection?

Right now I am sticking to all Jackie items and stars from the tobacco card era.

The Gehrig doesn't fit too much but it's a unique item and I like it a lot haha

I was curious how your collection was progressing? Any additional pick ups recently? I was enjoying watching you build a nice eclectic collection.
