I see one of these on ebay. I don't think the seller new what to call his either but I have one almost identical. It has been cut out of something. Can anyone help me in identifying where it came from and does it have any value?

There was just a similar thread about this not long ago.

Can't remember the section, and IIRC, it was a cut out as well?
