WTB:Chase Blue Oddities
 

I'm slowly attempting a Chase Blue Portrait 'front run' of sorts---looking for defaced cards,print oddities,you name it....can anybody help?

Good luck, it's a fun project. Only oddity I have seen is the yellow brown printers scrap.

There is another with a gray shift (up) where the name on the uniform is ghosted. Post #66:

There is a pink Chase with a crop mark on the back, but I don't think there is a blue Chase with one. Outside of the scrap Chris mentioned (I think there are two of those, Chris can correct me there), the only oddities I have seen are back stamps like the triple-stamped card I have:

Another possibility is to look for varying shades of blue, some are darker/lighter than others. This will be tough bc you will have to trust scans.

There is a Chase blue portrait (Old Mill back) with a yellow crop line on the front and also a Chase blue portrait with Zimmerman's name on the top of the card.

Not sure about the Chase with the crop line, but its safe to say it would take quite a lot to pry the Chase/Zimmerman out of the current owner's collection.

I have scans of both T206s if you would like to see them.
