1968 venezuelan checklist variation discovered
 
68s have the made in Venezuela in white
Ive now discovered a checklist with both the made in venezuela and made in usa on the card

He's right. My guess is that the one with "T.C.G. Printed In USA" is an early printing and was corrected later by removing that line.
