What's up with these Mantles
 

Picked up a beater '58, hit it with a blacklight compared to another one I had. I'm a little concerned. One glows bright orange the other doesn't. I think I might have been duped. I didn't have a blacklight or loupe on me. My fault. Let me know what y'all think.

Is the other one in a holder?

Some holders can block UV.

Alternately, I've never checked any 50's cards, but different inks reacting different ways does happen on a lot of newer stuff (80's -90's)
