May 8, 1912 Boston Red Sox Ticket - First year Fenway

First year 1912 Fenway - Boston Red Sox ticket.
In my research of the Boston Globe, May 8th represented the date that Ty Cobb and the Detroit Tigers would be playing the Boston Red Sox. This game was rained out. The ticket stub has been torn which could represent admittance to the next game in the home series. There are several pages documenting this series and Ty Cobb's visit in the Glenn Stout book "Fenway 1912". Ty Cobb would also hit the first homerun in Fenway park history during this series.

The back of the ticket has an advertisement for "Tivoli Beer", G.F. Burkhardt brewing
