Weird question
 

Who is this a picture of next to my tittle bar and why is it there ?

If it is a true 'tittle' bar, then perhaps it is Morganna, Baseball's Kissing Bandit.

So there, a weird question deserved a weird answer


If you mean the title bar (your avatar), my eyes aren't sharp enough to make out details in such a small picture...I can only read the top of the eye chart....Yankee Stadium.

Well one step closer

Clear the cache on your browser if you are using a traditional PC.
If a phone or tablet, stop/start the app or browser.
I think you are seeing the stray images bug that happens periodically on this site.

Sometimes if you are in a thread with a lot of scans, it can get all out of order and images get skewed.

If that's not it...I blame Henry (see above)

The image seems to be of Bwarren92989, there's a thread on the main forum titled, "What kind of budget or money do you spend?" started by him.

That is, unless he changed his image to the one in question as a joke :) So many clever people on this site...
